Will Guthrie

With over 9 years of experience working in small agencies and in-house teams, I’ve worn a lot of hats (and designed a few too). I’m most passionate about brand identity and design systems, thriving in fast-paced, tightly-knit teams where collaboration is key. Currently designing at The Grove.

Bio

The son of a pastor and a teacher, I grew up between pews and whiteboards in central Florida and North Carolina. Those early years taught me how to listen, understand, and meet people where they are—all skills that now shape my design work.

I now call Winston-Salem, NC home, where I live with my wife and our two dogs, Maya and Poppy. When I’m not navigating artboards, you’ll find me fly fishing for trout, running at a pace best described as "creative," experimenting in the kitchen, or hanging out with my inner circle of besties.
